STORY OF AN ENTREPRENEUR

It was a Monday and Joe was going in a car with his entrepreneur friend Jack at his business place.This visit was supposed to take place at Jack’s house but it was 3 months since Jack started a new branch office and Joe had not visited even once so they made this decision.

There are many traffic signals along the way, one of which is a big traffic signal where there is the most traffic, so naturally there are also the most hawkers and the most beggars as well.

Now it so happened that a hawker came to their car and Jack bought a toy from him, but to Joe’s surprise…
Joe asked, “As far as I know there is no small child in your house or in your neighborhood then why this toy?

Jack told him with a smiling face,” joe, to be honest, entrepreneurship is in all matters. It is necessary to recognize it and take advantage of the opportunity and give the benefit to others as well.”

Joe did not understand the matter but he thought it appropriate to remain silent and observe.

As soon as the signal opened, they moved forward. another signal was visible from a distance where Jack parked his car at side and gestured to a begging child standing there.The child ran and took the toy from a Jack’s hand. They then moved a little further and the car stopped at the second traffic signal.

Joe was thinking about the incident and his eyes went to the same child in the side mirror who was given the toy by Jack. The toy was still in his hand and he was waiting for someone, Joe continued his observation.

In a few moments, another hawker came and took the toy from the child and gave him money in return.

The whole incident came to joe’s mind and now Joe broke his silence. Jack, do you know what that kid did with the toy you gave him?

“I know that’s why I do this every day.”
Even before joe asked the second question, Jack kept saying the incomplete thing.

“I would rather give that child the same amount of money every day than buying a toy because in the end he only needs money but I can’t take full advantage of the opportunity while doing so.”

“Means?” Joe asked.

“The two motives behind this activity of mine”.
1) Employment, which two hawkers got from the same toy.
2) The second is instead of making the child a beggar by giving him money directly and weakening the country, i choose to expose the entrepreneurship in him so that he can improve his future as well as the future of many others.That child doesn’t even know the spelling of business but by utilizing the thing what he have in such a way is called entrepreneurship.

With an impresses smile Joe said, “you are great.”
Jack replied with a laugh, “No, I’m entrepreneur.”

एक व्यवसायी मित्र की कहानी।

सोमवार का दिन था और जोय अपने उद्यमी अर्थात व्यवसायी मित्र जैक के साथ उसके व्यापार स्थल पर कार में जा रहा था। यह मुलाकात जैक के घर पर होनी थी लेकिन जैक को एक नया शाखा कार्यालय शुरू किए 3 महीने हो चुके थे और जोय एक बार भी नहीं गया था इसलिए उन्होंने यह निर्णय लिया।

वहाँ तक के रास्ते में कई ट्रैफ़िक सिग्नल हैं, जिनमें से एक बड़ा ट्रैफ़िक सिग्नल जहां सबसे अधिक ट्रैफ़िक रहता है, इसलिए स्वाभाविक रूप से सबसे अधिक फेरीवाले और सबसे अधिक भिखारी भी हैं।

अब ऐसा हुआ कि एक फेरीवाला जैककी कार के पास आया और जैक ने उससे एक खिलौना खरीदा, लेकिन जोय को आश्चर्य हुआ …
जोय ने पूछा, “जहां तक ​​मुझे पता है कि आपके घर में या आपके पड़ोस में कोई छोटा बच्चा नहीं है तो फिर यह खिलौना क्यों?”

जैक ने मुस्कुराते हुए चेहरे से कहा, “जोय, उद्यमिता सभी चीज़ो में है। जरूरत है इसे पहचानना और अवसर का लाभ उठाना और दूसरों को भी उसका लाभ देना।”

जोय को बात समझ में नहीं आई लेकिन उन्होंने चुप रहना और निरीक्षण करना उचित समझा।

सिग्नल खुलते ही वे आगे बढ़ गए। एक और सिग्नल दूर से दिखाई दे रहा था जहाँ जैक ने अपनी कार को साइड में खड़ा किया और वहाँ खड़े एक भीख माँगने वाले बच्चे की तरफ इशारा किया। बच्चा दौड़ कर आया और जैक के हाथ से खिलौना ले लिया। हम फिर थोड़ा आगे बढ़े और कार दूसरे ट्रैफिक सिग्नल पर रुक गई।

जोय घटना के बारे में सोच रहा था और उसकी नजरें कारके साइड वाले शीशे में उसी बच्चे पर गई, जिसे जैक ने खिलौना दिया था। खिलौना अभी भी उसके हाथ में था और वह किसी का इंतजार कर रहा था, जोय ने उसका अवलोकन जारी रखा।

कुछ ही क्षणों में, एक और फेरीवाला आया और बच्चे से खिलौना लिया और बदले में उसे पैसे दिए।

पूरी घटना जोय के दिमाग में आ गई और अब जोय ने अपनी चुप्पी तोड़ दी।
“जैक, क्या आप जानते हैं कि उस बच्चे ने उस खिलौने से क्या किया जो आपने उसे दिया था?”
जैक ने हल्का सा मुस्कुराते हुए कहा,
“मुझे पता है , इसीलिए मैं हर दिन ऐसा करता हूं।”
इससे पहले कि जोय दूसरा सवाल पूछते, जैकने अधूरी बात कहना जारी रखा।

“मैं उस बच्चे को एक खिलौना खरीदने के बजाय हर दिन उतना ही पैसा दे शकता था क्योंकि अंत में तो उसे केवल पैसे की जरूरत है, लेकिन ऐसा करने से में मौके का पूरा फायदा नहीं उठा सकता।”

“मतलब?” जोय ने पूछा।

“मेरी इस गतिविधि के पीछे दो मकसद हैं।”

1) रोजगार, जो दो फेरीवालों को एक ही खिलौने से मिला।
2) दूसरा यह है कि बच्चे को सीधे पैसे देकर , देश को और कमज़ोर करके उसे भिखारी बना ने की जगह मैं उस बच्चेके लिए उधमिता को उजागर करने का विकल्प चुनता हूँ ताकि वह अपने भविष्य के साथ-साथ कई अन्य लोगों के भविष्य को बेहतर बना सके। सच बताऊ तो उधमिता की स्पेल्लिंग भी उसे नही पता होगी लेकिन जिस तरह से उसके पास जो चीज है उसका उपयोग करके जो पैसा वह कमाता है सही मायनोंमें उसे ही उद्यमिता कहा जाता है।

एक प्रभावशाली मुस्कान के साथ जोय ने कहा, “आप महान हैं।”
जैक ने हंसते हुए जवाब दिया, “नहीं, मैं उध्यमी हूं।”
